When I go into the cold water I become friends with the stillness around me. I listen to my calm breath, set an intention to step into the discomfort and let my mind and body adapt to the challenge. The intial discomfort eventually gives way to a peaceful and quiet mind. The noise of the world stops and I can connect to my core. I carry this experience often through the entire week, making me more energetic, more intuitive, happier and calmer. I can face life stresses and I can be there for other people. It is my pleasure and priviledge to share this with others and help discover the many aspects the WHM can have for each individual person.
