The WHM gave an opportunity to challenge my body and mind. Coming from competitive sports, from a young age, as triathlon, horse riding, surfing, kitesurfing, diving and CrossFit. I was always trying to find ways to improve, that 1% everyday.
Few years ago, I had the opportunity to come across with the Wim Hof book and got hooked. From that day I started practicing the breathing and not only saw the difference on my performance as my everyday challenges.
I have been taking cold showers before knowing the WHM, as I heard was good but did not know the reasons. Studying the WHM I learned the benefits, for all the improvements you can have not only in your body but also in your mind. And taking ice baths regularly, my body/mind just felt so good, that I cannot even think of not taking a cold shower everyday.
The WHM can bring benefits you cannot even imagine. I have seen people with depression, anxiety, health problems, mental health issues and more, and only the WHM gave them a new life. Most of them quitting all the medicines they were taking, changing their lifestyle and living happier, healthier and stronger.
And now I want to spread the benefits of the WHM and show how you can get 1% better everyday.

O WHM deu a oportunidade de desafiar meu corpo e minha mente. Vindo de esportes competitivos, desde muito jovem como o hipismo, surf, kitesurf, triatlon, mergulho e CrossFit. Eu estava sempre tentando encontrar maneiras de melhorar, aquele 1% todos os dias.
Há alguns anos, tive a oportunidade de me deparar com o livro de Wim Hof e fiquei curioso. A partir desse dia comecei a praticar a respiração e vi a diferença não só no meu desempenho como nos meus desafios diários.
Já tomava banho frio antes de conhecer o WHM, pois ouvi dizer que era bom, mas não sabia os motivos. Estudando o WHM aprendi os benefícios, melhorias que você pode ter não só no seu corpo, mas também na sua mente. E fazendo icebath regularmente, meu corpo/mente tiveram uma melhora, que hoje em dia nao consigo nem pensar em não tomar um banho frio todos os dias.
O WHM pode trazer benefícios que você nem imagina. Já vi pessoas com depressão, ansiedade, problemas de saúde, problemas de saúde mental e muito mais, e somente o WHM lhes deu uma nova vida. Muitos abandonou todos os remédios que tomava, mudou seu estilo de vida e passou a viver mais feliz, saudável e forte.
E agora quero espalhar os benefícios do WHM e mostrar como você pode melhorar 1% a cada dia.
