My name is Alex and the Wim Hof Method is a long standing practice of mine, which has equiped me with the tools to be happy, healthy and strong.
The Wim Hof Method gives me a daily feeling of peace and wellbeing, helping me cultivate a quiet confidence through engaging with the practices, often giving me real sense of calm and contentment.
I am a full time yoga teacher, sharing traditional Hatha Yoga practices through classes, workshops and retreats in the UK and Europe.
I began practicing Yoga several years ago, initially drawn to the theraputic benefits Yoga provided. The relaxation and physical therapy instilled a great sense of ease within my body and mind. As my interest progressed into a passion, I saw Yoga as the instruction manual on how to operate within this world. Throughout this time, I was also practicing the Wim Hof Method. I truly feel the WHM to be a modern approach to health and spirituality. For me, the Wim Hof Method ties all the Yoga practices together.
