I am a Sports Chiropractor and one of the first US Wim Hof Method Certified Instructors. I teach workshops all around the country and private trainings in-person and online. I also teach breathing anatomy and mechanics for the Wim Hof Method Academy and speak on Wim's Tour.
I also coach people on how to wake up better- less groggy, clear-headed, happy, and healthier with my WakeUP Routines.
My mission in life is to empower people in their own health. Health to me is being an optimal human. As a clinician, I couldn't just treat shoulders, hips, and knees- I had to know how to impact their overall human performance and expand their capacities.
Along my journey to experience, research, and discover what is to be an optimal human over the last decade, I concluded that we need to perform simple, daily human maintenance. Within this maintenance, breath training was always an important component.
Then along came "The Iceman" and with him breath training to a whole new level, along with Mindset/Focus, and Cold Training all of which should be a part of our daily human maintenance.
