The WHM has been the single most important thing I’ve done for health, happiness and strength in my life.

The number of life changes that I've experienced with the WHM are far too many to list, but here are a few major ones.

  • I dealt with 18 years of arthritis after crushing both ankles in a ski accident; at times it was so bad that if I had to use the bathroom in the middle of the night, I would have to crawl on the floor to get there - the WHM has almost entirely alleviated this pain.
  • I used to have bouts of sadness that would appear at random moments - these do not happen anymore. 
  • It has given me confidence and predictability in myself both physically and mentally. I ride mountain bikes a lot and doing the WHM has totally transformed me, and my ability to ride.
  • I’m stronger - I regularly ride the same trails, and have been long before starting WHM, so I have a way of comparing before and after.

Having unexpected things happen in life isn’t a bad thing, but I don’t know of anyone that thinks unexpected mood swings are positive. The power for a healthy, happy, and strong life is in all of us; we were born with it.
