Although professionally I come from management consulting background, I have been practising a variety of morning exercises for most of my life! A few months ago I decided to change my life completely, both personally and professionally. I started teaching, at first my wife and children...

I have been practising yoga of many sorts (mainly Ashtanga) for a few years, alongside HIIT and other exercises. I discovered WHM in 2015 and started practising it immediately.

As a road cyclist, climber, mountaineer and freediver (and a trumpet player), I have always been interested in the optimum way of breathing so pranayama has been my obvious area of study and practice. At the time I was going deeper into Kriya yoga which has remained my main yoga practice since then. Yet, as soon as I started to experience huge benefits of WHM, this part of my daily routine has quickly become the main part. I have started to experiment more with myself, adding elements of Tai Chi, especially in the warm-up phases before and after the cold exposure...

I am a keen and consciencious life observer but I like not to over-complicate things. Although I have been a vegetarian/pescatarian for most of my life, I have a very down-to-earth and common sense approach to nutrition. Like in yoga, life is about balance, isn't it? So, I proceed similarly in other areas of the WHM training practice, always listening to others, to tailor the specifics to how the practicioners' bodies respond to stretches, breathing and cold.

I am very happy to be part of the growing WHM community and I will be priviledged to pass the deep and intense Wim Hof Method experience to everyone interested in knowing more and going deeper!
