Diana is is one of an honored group of students who studied with, and received, certification to teach the first and second series of Ashtanga yoga by its founder, Shri K. Pattabhi Jois and his grandson, Sharat Rangaswamy, at the Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.
Diana is equally honored to be one of the first Americans certified to teach the Wim Hof Method. She completed her masters training with Wim in Colorado on November 2016. For the last 35 years she has devoted herself to the study and practices of health and wellness through her Master’s degree in psychology, yoga, and eastern philosophy. Over a year ago she dove into the Wim Hof method. By combining her long time practice of breath and meditation with ice exposure, she took her personal energy and health to a whole new level.
Diana’s approach to teaching the Wim Hof Method is to open her students to possibilities, and to assist them in realizing their forgotten physical and emotional potential for vibrant health. She has personally experienced and seen her students improve in athletic performance, successfully train for altitude workouts, increase energy, decrease depression and anxiety, and reduce inflammation and chronic pain.
