The fall 2026 calendar brings a full run of Wim Hof Method breathing sessions, ice bath experiences and fundamentals workshops across Asia and Oceania. From mountain plateaus and coastal resorts to eco-retreats and urban studios, each stop is built around the same three pillars — breath, cold and commitment — with small groups and hands-on guidance throughout.

Thailand: a Bangkok community session followed by three fundamentals workshops

The Asia leg opens in Bangkok, where a Breathwork Community Session on September 26 offers a shorter, ninety-minute format for people who already have some grounding in the method. Held at The Ice Bath Club on the twelfth floor of JLK Tower in Khlong Toei Nuea, a short walk from the Nana BTS Station, the session skips the theory in favour of practice: a brief recap, a guided breathing protocol, an ice bath and open access to the on-site sauna, with bathrobes and towels provided.

For a fuller introduction, three Wim Hof Method Fundamentals Workshops run on October 3, 17 and 24, each from 14:30 to 17:30 at Breath Inspired Studio on Sukhumvit 38, near Thong Lo BTS Station. The studio is designed as a clean-air pocket within the city, with indoor PM2.5 readings at zero, a barrel sauna, a hot tub and an ice bath kept at a steady 0°C with two tonnes of ice. The afternoon moves from theory and science at 14:30 to a guided breathing session at 15:00, cold exposure at 16:00, and closes at 17:30 with mineral water, tea, coffee, juice and fresh fruit for everyone.

Japan: a full day of breath and cold beneath the Yatsugatake Mountains

On October 8, a full-day Fundamentals Workshop takes place at Ring Link Hall in Hara Village, Nagano Prefecture, at roughly 1,270 metres of elevation at the foot of the Yatsugatake range. Conducted in Japanese, the day opens at 9:30 with introductions and theory, moves into breathing practice at 11:30, and reaches an outdoor ice bath at 13:30 after a short break. A vegetarian lunch and snacks follow at 14:00, with a closing reflection circle at 15:00 before departure. Participants are asked to bring swimwear, towels, outdoor sandals and a water bottle, with a notebook or blanket left optional.

Oman: coastal fundamentals on the shores of Bandar Jissah

Muscat hosts several Fundamentals Workshops: the first, on Saturday, October 24, from 10:00 to around 14:30, set within the grounds of Jumeirah Muscat Bay in Bandar Jissah. With the Gulf of Oman as a backdrop, the English-language session works through breathing technique, meditation and cold exposure, with yoga mats, towels and drinking water supplied on site.

Australia: from a Port Macquarie breathing class to fundamentals workshops in Perth

Australia’s fall calendar spans three cities. In Port Macquarie, New South Wales, a one-hour Guided Breathing Class on September 25 is held at a private studio on Flynn Street, with free parking and a short path around to the rear of the house. The class, available more days lter in the month, stays focused on breath and meditation, moving through several breathing cycles before a closing grounding meditation; a yoga mat, warm clothing, water and an optional pillow or blanket are all that’s needed.

In Morley, Western Australia, a Fundamentals Workshop on September 27 at Studio Roam combines theory, yoga, breathwork and an ice bath across an afternoon running from 12:00 to 16:30, with water and light snacks provided. The Western Australian leg closes on October 24 in West Leederville, Perth, where the Peak Performance Institute hosts a workshop from 13:00 to 17:30 covering theory, movement, guided breathing, sound relaxation and an ice bath, again with snacks and water on hand.

Wilsons Creek, Australia: two days with Wim Hof in the Byron Bay

On January 23 and 24, Wim Hof returns to Australia for a weekend retreat set among the rainforest and riverfront of the Byron Bay hinterland. Hosted at Avana Byron, the event brings together up to ninety participants for two days of guided breathing, cold exposure in riverfront ice baths and natural swimming holes, movement, yoga and mindset sessions, working directly alongside Wim Hof throughout. The program also includes a forest walk with Wim and an evening campfire, giving the weekend room to unwind between sessions as well as push through them. Meals are shared and built on fresh, locally sourced ingredients, with vegan and vegetarian options and a Saturday evening barbecue as the highlight of the table. Those staying on site sleep in bell tents tucked among the trees, with access to hot showers, fire pits and a communal workshop tent,

New Zealand: a full day on the Raglan coast at Solscape Eco Retreat

New Zealand’s Fundamentals Workshop runs October 3, from 09:00 to 16:00 with the programme itself starting at 10:30, at Solscape Eco Retreat on Wainui Road just outside Raglan. Perched above the coast, the retreat gives the day’s science briefings, extended breathing exercise and optional ice bath immersion an open ocean view. Attendees bring warm clothing, swimwear, two towels, a yoga mat, a blanket and a notebook, along with any food they’d like for the day.

Getting ready: preparation and health guidelines

A few habits carry across every location on this fall’s calendar. Eating lightly, or skipping food altogether in the hours before a session, tends to make for deeper, clearer breathing. In the days before an event, finishing regular showers with cold water is a simple way to start acclimating the nervous system. The method is built for a wide range of fitness levels, but it does call for a basic standard of underlying health: it is not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone with epilepsy, and anyone with cardiovascular conditions, high blood pressure or other significant medical concerns should check with a doctor before joining. On the day, a booking confirmation — digital or printed — is all that’s needed at check-in.
