Arrival Day — Sunday, December 7
The program officially begins on Sunday with arrivals at the accommodation in the mountains. Participants may arrive via one of two airports:
- Trondheim Airport (TRD), Norway
This is the most connected option, with direct flights from major European cities such as Amsterdam, Copenhagen, Oslo, Frankfurt, and London. From Trondheim, the journey to the accommodation takes approximately 2 hours by car or bus. - Åre Östersund Airport (OSD), Sweden
A smaller regional airport with flights mainly via Stockholm Arlanda. The advantage of this option is its proximity—the transfer to the accommodation takes little over an hour.
Getting There
There are several transport options from both airports:
- Private transfers
- Public trains or buses (depending on your route)
- Shuttle buses organized by us
After booking, you’ll receive a detailed email with instructions and a transport form where you can choose and reserve your preferred option. We’ll make sure your journey is smooth and hassle-free, regardless of your chosen arrival airport.
Departure Day — Saturday, December 13
On Saturday, transfers will be organized back to both airports at a small extra fee. All travel details and booking options will be included in the post-booking information pack and transport form.
