This 1-day training is a post-conference workshop of the elev8.live in Zurich and is led by two highly experienced Wim Hof Method instructors and includes powerful breathing techniques, cold-stress tolerance training, mindset-exercises as well as meditative practices.

Co-Instructor Kiki Bosch is a Freediver, Biohacker, and Adventurer who has used the Wim Hof method as a tool to reconnect to herself in recovering from a trauma. The cold showed her how to shift her mindset, from something that seemed impossible to something that she could overcome.
Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.
