    In this 4 hour workshop we will be exploring the WHM breathing, the mindset & focus and finish with an ice bath. Participants will walk away with a clear understanding of how the WHM breathing, mindset & focus and the cold all integrate to allow practitioners to develop greater control over their health and well-being. This intro level workshop is appropriate for anyone interested in using the WHM as a tool for better health and optimized performance.

    What do I need?

    • Comfortable clothing for stretrching, flip flops, swim wear and a towel.
    • A light lunch - nothing heavy as it can interfere with the breathing and ice bath challenge.

    10-11:30 - Introduction to breathing technique and the science of the WHM

    11:30-12:30 - break. Bring a light snack and something to drink

    12:30-2:00 - Breathing - Mindset - Ice Bath
