Wim Hof Method Workshop by Bill Cords
In this workshop, we will go deeply and practice all three pillars of the Wim Hof Method (Cold Exposure, Breathing, and Mindset) and directly experience the power and benefit of the method. Through a combination of instruction and practice on each of the elements, and by working together in a group setting we will attain maximum benefit with the method.
