This 4 hour workshop will focus on the fundamentals of the WHM. Whether you have been practicing WHM for months already and want to fine tune your technique, or you are new to the practice and don’t know where to start, this workshop will help you establish a successful daily practice.
Your trainer will be Steve Beattie, Fascial Stretch Therapist and Wilderness Guide and who trained with Wim Hof at workshops and courses in Toronto, California, and Australia and is certifed in the WHM.
Upon completion of the workshop, you will have all of the tools you need to receive the scientifically proven health benefits of the Wim Hof Method. The workshop will include a short lecture, with the majority of the workshop devoted to experiential learning so that you can develop your practice.
By the end of the session, you will have learned the Wim Hof Breathing Exercise, some meditation techniques, and of course - you will be given the opportunity to take an ice bath!

Lunch break 12:00pm - 12:30pm We will serve a light lunch of vegan soup and tea and coffee will be available. You can bring additional snacks.
Session 2: 12:30pm- 2:00pm - Breathing for the ice, Ice Experience, Debrief
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is street parking available and a few nearby parking lots.
What can I bring into the event?
Dress in comfortable clothes and in layers.
Bring a bathing suit, towel, and water shoes.
Bring water or something similar to drink if you like.
What's the refund policy?
Cancellations can be made up until one week before the event. After this time, there are no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We will have a list of the names of all of the registered participants.
