The workshop will take place at CrossFit Sydney at 32 McCauley St, Alexandria NSW 2015, Australia.


Either you're a complete beginner, an advanced practitioner, an athlete looking to improve your performance, or just someone who wants to take on a challenge or improve your health in general, this workshop will be suitable for you. Everyone can participant at their own level but if you have any form of problems regarding your health, especially when it comes to the cardio vascular system or high blood pressure, please contact me in before hand. I also advise you to check with a physician in advance just to be sure.


You can prepare for the ice bath by getting a little familiar with the cold beforehand by taking cold showers. Start with showering hot as long as you like and then end with 1 minute on cold. You can also try to go from hot to cold, from cold to hot and play around with it back and forth. Just make sure that you're listening to your body and that no force is involved. Experiment, feel and observe how your body is reacting. Don't put your head under.
