Join, certified Wim Hof Method instructor Farid Hashemi, as we experience the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method; breathing, mindset, and cold exposure at Vault Crossfit in Los Angeles.  

In this workshop, we will cover breathing mechanics, the Wim Hof Method breathing technique, mindset and meditation practice, yoga postures and exercises, and make the cold our warm friend as Wim would say!

My practice with the WHM began in December 2015 when I first trained with the Iceman in the mountains of Poland.  We hiked barefoot in snow and ice. We climbed the highest frozen mountain in Poland and Czech Republic in our shorts. We supressed the ego and unlocked our innate human power.  Most impoortantly, I found myself during an intense breathing session.  I knew then, I had to teach the method.  Over the past year of being a Certified WHM Instructor, I have taught many workshops all over the world with people of all backgrounds. Coming from a science based background as well as being a personal trainer, I am keen on teaching good technique to help build a solid practice.
