You will learn the Wim Hof Method from two of the first 27 certified American trainers, Jarad Blanton and Jesse Coomer.
Upon completion of the workshop, you will be able to begin your daily practice. You will have all of the tools you need to receive the incredible -scientifically proven- health benefits of the Wim Hof Method. There will be some lecture, but the majority of the workshop will be step-by-step instruction on how to practice the method.
You will be trained in the Wim Hof Breathing Exercise, the application of breathing for flexibility, and of course- you will be given the opportunity to take your very first ice bath!
You will need:
Comfortable clothing for stretching exercises, flip flops, swim wear, a towel, and a good attitude :)

Session 1: 11am-1pm
Lunch break 1pm-1:45pm (We advise you to bring a light lunch)
Session 2: 1:45pm- 3:30pm
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is free. Parking is availible along the street or anywhere where there is not a specially marked space.
What can I bring into the event?
Bring a light lunch, maybe a snack. Nothing heavy. Bring water or something to drink if you like.

What's the refund policy?
Cancellations can be made up until one week before the event. After this time, there are no refunds.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. We will have a list of the names of all of the participants.
