Wim Hof Method 5 Week Course in London

Group Course Part I - 5 weeks

Dive straight into a supportive way of learning the Wim Hof Method!

Specially developed to start with learning the techniques, improve your already developed experience and support you in maintaining a regular way of practice. 

In a group and guided by a certified instructor, you will be coached for 5 weeks on your personal needs and learning proces. The goal is to provide you with the tools needed to keep on practicing the Wim Hof Method, with all the experience, knowledge and build up confidence.

Every week we will gradually go deeper into our own physiology. Discovering new references of feelings, and going into more understanding of ones physiological capabilities.

  • Weekly sharing of insights and experiences
  • Practicing the breathing techniques
  • Diving deeper into the theoretical underpinnings of breathing, cold and focus.
  • Gradual cold exposure training
  • Physical exercises
  • Focus and meditation techniques
  • Weekly new tips, tools and homework to practice with
  • Feedback on all your questions
  • A whole lot of playful moments and adventures

The lessons are build up on Wim's philosophy that, 'feeling is understanding. Learn by doing!

Week 1: 2.5h
(Including icebath session)

Weeks 2-4: 1.5h

Week 5: 2h
(Including ice bath session)

Week of 26th of October no course (spring holidays)
