This workshop will be a basic but thorough introduction to the Wim Hof Method (WHM), focusing on the three pillars:

  • Breathing
  • Cold Exposure (Ice Bath…Be Ready!)
  • Mindset with movement/exercise  

During the course you will be given the tools to practice the Wim Hof Method correctly, safely, and confidently. You will learn the science behind the the WHM principles and its powerful effects over the autonomic nervous system. 

The workshop is meant for anyone interested in learning the Wim Hof Method the right way, with proper technique and understanding. Also, people who have taken the online course will benefit from discussing and reviewing the method in a safe group setting with a certified instructor. It may also provide those with experience the opportunity to go deeper using the power of intention.  

We recommend eating lightly, if at all, beforehand. Snacks will be provided during a short break. Wear clothing suitable for movement and comfort.
