After the workshops where we learn the basics of the Wim Hof Method, I still notice that there is a need for workshops for people who already have experience with the Wim Hof - breathing, who have already been in an ice bath, like a bit more floor seek or meet like-minded people and share experiences.
We will have even more attention this day to feeling and learn some techniques to warm up. I will challenge you more about the cold, but always without forcing and we also go deeper with the breathing exercises.
If there is a need for more theory, this can be discussed, but I will ask after registration. By feeling, we can understand everything ... but I understand that some also want more explanation about how and why.
For people who have already been to a different instructor, it is also fascinating to have a workshop with someone else. Every instructor puts his own accents and you always learn something new.
It will be a warm meeting anyway!
In this workshop the first requirement is that you have already attended at least one workshop and you still know a little about how the breathing exercise works. You can prepare yourself by ending cold in the shower (0.5-2 minutes without problem) and even though you can start cold regularly and / or alternate showers.
Breakfast and lunch are provided, as is sufficient drinking.
