During these two days, all facets of the Wim Hof Method will be extensively explored. The theory behind the Method will be discussed, but the majority of the workshop will be a step-by-step instruction or, rather, feeling, as Wim often says: “feeling is understanding.”

Put yourself in the expert hands of a certified WHM Instructor to learn the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method: Breathing Technique, Cold Exposure & Commitment. Find out how you can utilize oxygen and cold exposure to optimize body & mind, and learn about the underlying physiology.

Whether you are looking to improve mental or physical performance, relieve symptoms related to an illness, or are just curious to find out what the Wim Hof Method is all about— a WHM Fundamentals Weekend offers something for everyone.

The specifics of each program can vary based on the specialisation of the Instructor and the focus of the activity. 

If you have no prior experience with cold exposure, we recommend you finish your showers cold in the days leading up to the weekend. This may be overwhelming at first, but just try to relax, focus on your breath, and bring it into a controlled, steady rhythm.

Who is this workshop for?

This weekend is suitable for everyone, but does require a basic level of health. Out of precaution, we advise against participation during pregnancy, or if you are epileptic. People with cardiovascular issues, or any other serious health conditions should always consult a medical professional before starting the Wim Hof Method.


Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

We advise to eat light, if at all, before the workshop.





Arrival of all participants between 2pm and 5pm. After settling into your little homes we will be preparing home-made pizza in our wood-fire clay pizza oven. Everyone can design their own pizza which will be baked by pizza master, Dominik. The evening will end with a cosy campfire and Jamsession.





We start with an early morning meditation and breathing session followed by a detailed introduction into the Wim Hof Method (breathing, focusing and exposure to the cold). After a rich and healthy breakfast we disrupt our comfort zone by taking a bone chilling Icebath with 250 kg of ice. After lunch we will go on a silent barefoot walk to the pre-Christian stone circle, where we will start a fire with guided meditation and breathing session lost in nature. On our way back we will start to prepare mentally for the Firewalk, which will happen upon our arrival back at camp. The evening will end with with chilly beers and a yummy dinner.





We close the event with a healthy breakfast buffet and a circle of sharing. Those who want can do another Icebath are welcome to use the „torture chamber“(aka ice bathroom) to their own convenience. Around lunchtime we will start our journeys back home.
