Join us in the Berkshires for peak Fall foliage, unplug from technology, and connect with your higher self. At our Wim Hof Method Adult Self Care Autumn Adventure, we'll focus on cultivating habits and processes that optimize our physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. Learn techniques for reducing stress, gaining clarity and improving communication. We'll share our proven practices for creative living and manifestation. All meals together are local, organic farm to table from our garden and local farms. Celebrate, reflect, and deepen your own practices for self care while connecting to a community of beautiful, uplifting spirits.

WHM Travels are the biggest, most comprehensive Wim Hof Method activities on offer. Spend a full week embedded, away from distraction, to explore the limits of your body through the power of your mind.

The extended immersion allows for progressive WHM training in gorgeous natural environments. You rely on each other for the moments where you have to dig deep, and the lasting friendships are often touted as the most rewarding aspect of these trips.

Many who join are looking for new ways to push through their perceived physical or psychological limits. Some use it as an inward journey to process hardship or trauma. Others still are just always searching for the next novel experience to enrich their lives.

Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.

Please make sure that you show your order number on arrival, either on a print-out or via your phone.

Welcome Dinner: Gather with us around the dinner table to set your intentions, connect with fellow spirits, and begin your retreat inward. We'll have the sauna nice and hot if you're interested in warming up and relaxing after our meal together.

Saturday, Oct 12

10am-6pm
We'll dive deep into ourselves through guided breathwork, meditation, hands-on reiki, hiking in nature, and a cold plunge in the woods. Come with an open mind, heart and sense of adventure. Bring your journal.

WHM Activities (Hike, Breath Session, Cold Dip in nature). Lunch. Meditation walk at Grafton Peace Pagoda.

Your overnight stay takes place at The Maple Terrace Inn, located in Williamstown, MA. The Inn offers comfortable private rooms with continental breakfast and beautiful views of horses in open pastures in the backdrop. It'll be our honor to help create your memories.
