WHM Travel Experience
Each morning begins with a deep breathing session to expand awareness of your breath and strengthen its capacity. Daily cold training follows on our private Colorado River beach with riverside wood-burning Sauna. We will immerse in the element of cold surrounded by pristine pine forests and majestic snow-capped mountains, and balance ourselves the nourishing heat of the sauna. You will have ample opportunities to connect with the natural beauty of Colorado during our adventures to the mountains and sulfur hot springs. There will also be time to relax at one of the outdoor fire pits and enjoy the abundant wildlife at our secluded lodge. Contemplative meditation and movement practices designed to restore your primal posture will support our daily activities. All meals are nutrient-dense and prepared by our in-house chef in our large communal kitchen. We will also have hydrating elixirs offered plus Gongfu style tea ceremony.
In this week you will delve deeper into the Method; practice with the cold extensively, expand your breathing techniques as well as your commitment. This extended experience is a great way to clear your mind of any clutter, get a fresh perspective on life and to just let go.

This week is designed for practitioners who want to deepen their practice and get out of their comfort zone.
Although there is always a rough outline, 'no program' a Wim Hof Method mantra. For the best experience, go in with an open mind and without expectations. The start- and end times listed in this section are subject to change.
