Explore the epic nature of Alaska led by highly experienced outdoor enthusiasts, Level 3 instructor Matt Soule and local Alaska instructor John Paul Huffer.  Over the course of 4 training days, we will guide through snowy mountain hikes, rivers, waterfalls, and lakes all in true Wim Hof Method fashion, teaching you how to safely navigate the cold using breathing protocols & mindset.  No ego, we go!  You will learn how to confront the outdoor elements with confidence.  This will be an experience of a lifetime!

In this week you will delve deeper into the Method; practice with the cold extensively, expand your breathing techniques as well as your commitment. This extended experience is a great way to clear your mind of any clutter, get a fresh perspective on life and to just let go.
