We create meaningful and enriched experiences with individuals, groups, teams and organizations.

  • Easy clothing (in which you feel comfortable and can move easily)
  • Two towels
  • Bathing suit  
  • (optional) Slippers
  • (optional) Bathrobe


  • Be Yourself  and enjoy the ride
  • Start exploring the effect of cold by  ending your showers with a bit of cold water. (More details will be provided when you sign in for the workshop).
  • Only take a light meal/ lunch before the start of the workshop.
  • In case of any health issues or doubts, please contact me in advance.

Coffee, tea and water are included during the workshop.

This workshop will be conducted in English (unless everyone speaks Dutch).

This WHM FUNdation workshop is designed for people to experience and explore the FUNdamentals of the WHM.

This is a rich experience for your mind, body and soul using the three powerful WHM pillars. Together we explore our own boundaries and capabilities, by doing different exercises. Feeling is Knowing!

During the workshop Safety always comes first and you are in charge of your experience.
