Learn and experience the basis of the Wim Hof method
'Feeling is understanding', according to Wim Hof's well-known statement. During this workshop there is, in addition to an explanation of the Wim Hof method, plenty of room to experience the three main components: breathing, concentration and cold. Afterwards you have learned enough to get started with it yourself.

The workshop will be held in the Energy Inn studio in Alphen aan den Rijn. Antarctic fence 172e in the Antarctic building (near the station).
Water, coffee, tea, fruit and snacks are provided. If you want to eat or drink something else, take it yourself.
Take your swimsuit, towel, bath slippers and possibly. bathrobe.
As preparation you can start at home with cold (showering) showers.
You follow the workshop on a voluntary basis. Everything you do is done at your own risk. The afternoon will be in a safe and relaxed atmosphere. The ice bath is optional and there will be no pressure or performance.
