Learn the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method in the beautiful English county of Kent. Get to know how WHM affects the autonomic nervous system, the cardiovascular, immune and endocrine system and how it can help control the stress response, improve recovery and performance.

The workshop will be led by Martin Petrus and Artur Paulins, certified Wim Hof Method Instructors who will guide you skilfully through the fundamentals of the Wim Hof Method.

Wye, Kent
The workshop will take place in a converted countryside barn at the foot of the North Downs. It’s a beautiful, calm place fully equipped with facilities for changing and showering during the course. There is also an unheated pool so refreshing dips can be incorporated between the activities.

The venue is situated 2.5 miles from Wye Station.
We can arrange pick up from and to Wye Train station.
Taxis can be hired from Ashford International Station.

Wye can be reached by:
Train - 1h by Train from London St. Pancras. 1h 30 minutes from Victoria.
Car – 1h 50min from central London.

Preparation requirements:
In order to prepare yourself for the workshop you need to start exposing yourself gradually to cold – this is a prerequisite. If you are new to cold exposure just end your warm shower with 30-60 seconds of cold water only. Begin with your feet and then follow with your legs, your stomach, shoulders, neck and back. An initial feeling of shock, shivering and hyperventilation is normal. Try to remain calm and breathe easily. If you feel ok/have no adverse effects take a cold shower every morning. Be careful with your head under the cold shower, it is better to skip the cold shower on the head for the first month.
