An amazing opportunity to learn the basics of the Wim Hof Method. In this workshop you will learn how to practice and apply the 3 pillars of the Wim Hof Method (Breathing, Cold Exposure & Meditation) in your daily life.

Anastasis works as a clinical nutritionist and yoga teacher in London. In 2016 he got certified as a WHM instructor and since he is using the system for therapeutic purposes. His interest in the WHM was triggered when he realised that the manipulation of body temperature is a long held tradition which he had never practiced.
Sportswear, swimwear, towel, slippers, bottle of water, warm clothing for after cold exposure.
In order to prepare yourself for the workshop you need to start exposing yourself gradually to cold. That’s a prerequisite. If you have no prior experience follow the steps bellow.
If you are new to cold exposure, just end your warm shower with 30-60 seconds of cold water only. Begin with your feet and then follow with your legs, your stomach, shoulders, neck, and back. An initial shock, shivering and hyperventilation is normal. Try to remain calm and breathe easily. If you feel fine take a cold shower every morning. Be careful with your head under the cold shower and it’s better to skip the head for the first month.
